When their father fails to follow through with an elaborate plan for he and his wife’s wedding anniversary, Candace joins together with Phineas and Ferb to recreate the night of their parents’ first kiss. But first they must reunite the members of a band that has since grown apart, Love Handel. Meanwhile Doofenshmirtz tirelessly attempts to throw his daughter the perfect Sweet 16 celebration.
